What delivery methods are available?

There are 3 main delivery methods available:

  1. Domestic Shipping: Your order will be delivered either by our professional inhouse delivery team or by courier depending on the value of the order, number of items, etc.
  2. Order & Collect: You can order online through our website or app and then visit our warehouse in Al Quoz 3 for collecting your products.
  3. International Shipping: International Shipping is possible as long as the country is not on the list of sanctioned countries where we are prohibited to ship to. Please contact us for more information.
Are there any applicable delivery charges?
  1. Domestic Shipping: If your order value is under 500 AED there is a flat 20 AED delivery fee. If your order value exceeds 500 AED you qualify for free shipping.
  2. Order & Collect: Free
  3. International Shipping: The charges will be calculated according to the final destination country and they will include all the relevant taxes, duty and other charges. Please contact us for more information.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?

It depends on the type of products chosen and whether they include branding or not:

  • With Branding: 5-7 working days after payment is done and logo is finalized.
  • Without branding: 1-3 working days. If you wish to collect the order yourself you may do so even the same day as long as it is during the working hours and you have called or emailed, and got a confirmation from us.
  • Mix of both: 5-7 working days after payment is done and logo is finalized.

What qualifies me to get a discount?

If you are an existing client or you are placing an order with a large quantity you may contact us for discount codes or more information!

I need products with branding much faster than the estimated delivery time for an event or occasion. Is it possible?

Depending on the product and type of branding, it may be possible. You would have to contact us for more information and there would be a charge for expedited processing and delivery.

Payment Methods

What Payment Methods are accepted online?

You can pay using any credit or debit card. This includes any Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diner’s Club International, etc.

Is Paying Online Safe?

Yes, we use the latest SSL Secured Technology and your transactions are completely safe and secure. None of your credit or debit card information is stored with us without your consent.

Can I use a debit card?

Yes you can use any debit card (Visa or Mastercard) to pay online.

Can I use a credit or debit card not issued in UAE?

Yes you may use any Visa or Mastercard from any country. But if it is not an AED card you will pay extra processing and conversion fees. Please check with your bank for the applicable charges.

Are any other forms of payment acceptable?

If you wish to use any of the below payment methods please contact us:

  1. Cash: At the moment Cash on Delivery is not accepted. But you may come to our office or warehouse and pay us in cash or you may deposit cash in to our account using any Emirates NBD ATM or Bank.
  2. Bank Transfer: It can be accepted, but the order will only be processed after the payment is received in our bank account.
  3. Cheque: It can be accepted as long as it is current dated, but we will only start processing your order once the cheque clears and the money is in our bank account.
Are any payment plans available?

Not at the moment, but if you are an existing customer or if it is an order of a large value you may contact us for more information.

Are there any taxes charged on my order?

Domestic: Yes 5% VAT will be charged on all domestic orders regardless of the value as per the UAE Federal Decree Law on Value Added Tax.

International: The taxes, fees, duty and other charges will be dependent on the final destination.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an order?

You can place the order through our website or app using a web browser on any computer or the app on any smartphone or Android or iOS device.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If the order only includes items without branding it can be cancelled by calling us or emailing us before the order is processed or is out for delivery. If it has already been processed or handed over to the courier it cannot be cancelled.
Orders with items including branding or personalization cannot be cancelled at all, as once the product has your name or logo it cannot be reused or resold, hence cancellation is not possible.

How can I return a product?

Only products that have not been branded or personalized can be returned up to 7 days after the order date. The products must be brand new and unused with the packaging intact to qualify for a return. You would have to visit our warehouse in Al Quoz 3 for returning any products.

My product is damaged or has a defect. Can it be returned or exchanged?

If the product has any damage or fault it can be returned or exchanged for the same or a different product depending on available stocks, as long as the damage was not caused by you while opening or using the product. Alternatively, we can also issue you a credit note of the same value so you can purchase something in the future.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out without an account by simply entering the delivery and payment details. Although we would suggest creating an account because once you place an order you will be delighted with the product and delivery, and you would definitely place an order again. Having an account would save your time by not having to enter your personal details and delivery information again.

How do I track my order?

If it is a small order it will be fulfilled by courier and the tracking information will be emailed to you. If it is a large order it will be fulfilled by our inhouse delivery team, to track the status of that order you can email or WhatsApp us at any time!

Branding & Personalization Options

What are the available branding and personalization options?

In your branding options selection in the product pages there is only an option for 1 color printing at 1 position? Is multi-color printing and multiple position printing possible?

Yes, multiple color printing and/or printing at many positions is possible. You may contact us for more information and we will provide you with a customized quote based on your requirements.

What are the Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) for the different branding options?

There are no MOQ’s for the branding options found on the product pages. If you are purchasing a high quantity we can reduce the branding charges.

Can I see a mockup or presentation of how my logo or name would look on the product?

Yes, once you place your order please email your logo in AI (Adobe Illustrator) or PDF format to and we will prepare and send you a mockup. If you are having trouble deciding the right color or location of the branding, our experienced design team will assist you with more options.

What file or formats can I use when sending the logo?

AI (Adobe Illustrator) or PDF. If you are unable to manage these formats our design team will assist you in its conversion.

I need a branding technique which is not mentioned on the product page. Is it possible?

Yes, various other branding techniques are possible as mentioned on the branding options page. Please contact us for more information.

Can I put a different name or logo on each piece of the same product? For example, if I order 100 pens, can I put a different name or logo on each?

Yes, it is definitely possible, but there are extra charges applied for this. Please contact us for a customized quote as per your requirements.
